Agreement Terms
By engaging with Z.S Travels, you enter into a binding agreement to adhere to our operational standards and safety guidelines.
Liability & Safety
While we prioritize passenger safety, Z.S Travels is not liable for unforeseen delays caused by external factors like traffic or weather.
Code of Conduct
Passengers are expected to maintain decorum. Any damage to vehicles or harassment of drivers will result in legal action and service termination.
Usage Restrictions
Our services are for legal transport only. Carrying prohibited substances or engaging in illegal activities during a ride is strictly forbidden.
Governance & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat.
